I really really enjoyed my time at Coco Palm this last day. The hotel is clean. Staff is friendly. It's close to the shopping centers and walking distance from the beach and nightlife entertainment. The food at the restaurant is fresh and prepared. Well I love Coco palm. can't wait to return.

Clean, kid friendly property with tasty buffet breakfast. I like the fact that it’s close to the mall and a few restaurants. The staff were very hospitable, especially their events coordinator Denver who gave much needed advice on how to get around the island and activities to try. My stay was great and I look forward to visiting again.

Excellent and helpful staff. Basic amenities that many other hotels that would fall into this category, were missing unfortunately. Bottled water was only 2 small bottles when you check in, otherwise you have to get your own supply of fresh water to drink. No conditioner or lotion is supplied for guests, again you are on your own for this. The small touches that make you feel like you're being supplied with the very basic daily needs based on the price you pay for the visit were not considered. Because of these missing items it diminished my overall perception of what a quality hotel stay looks like.

The resort was nice. Price for lunch and dinner were a little on the higher side. It would have been nice to get at least water for free for the nights we were there. Location was great. We had taken the transport for the Friday Street party from them, but I think it was a little high for about a 10 min ride. Pool was nice and breakfast was delicious. Staff were very polite and respectful too.

I went with my wife, kids and sister in law. The hotel was great for us. Our rooms were cleaned daily. The breakfast included was delicious! The bartenders were awesome, thanks to Mallika and Sholar, always greeted you with a smile and always so friendly. The location was close to the beach and tons of places to eat within a 5-10 minute walk. The front desk were always available to answer questions and you always felt welcome. Thanks to Carlene for being awesome and always willing to assist in ensuring we enjoyed our stay!

The staff was very helpful and got us everything we asked or needed. Room was nice and cool, shower, faucets and everything worked accordingly. Hot water took a second to change from cold but it was very hot when it did come out. WiFi worked well too. Pool was clean and pretty quiet. Breakfast was on par with other breakfast buffets. Omelette station was quick and delicious too. One perk that I don’t get at fancy hotels was Netflix/Prime/apps so we could watch a little TV to wind down at the end of the day.

Coco Palm is the epitome of a true, relaxed authentic St. Lucian holiday. Situated in the heart of Rodney Bay, its difficult to get bored. What stood out for me was the exceptional service from staff who were obviously committed to the hotel for years. The genuine St. Lucian hospitality was evident. As a St. Lucian, it was heartwarming to experience this. Breakfast which was included was also very good. Property was clean. My only critique was my sleep experience- mattresses need changing as the same was true when we stayed Coco Kreole. Coco palm is now my official hotel to stay when I return to my country. Well done to the team! Special shout out to Simone (MD), Garfield (guest services), the night manager and restaurant staff.
