Great stay with outstanding staff and a perfect location We had a really enjoyable stay at Bay Heights Escape. What stands out the most is the staff – without a doubt the best we’ve ever experienced. Always friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming in a way that really makes a difference. The location is excellent. It’s close to Rodney Bay and restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. There is a slight drawback with the nearby bay when the water is still, as it can cause a bit of odor, but it wasn’t a major issue for us. The rooms are not modern or luxury standard, but they are clean and perfectly fine for a comfortable stay. The beds are on the firmer side, which may not suit everyone. This is more of a high-quality budget hotel than a luxury resort – and within that category, it really delivers. There’s no on-site restaurant, but with so many great options nearby, we didn’t miss it at all. If you’re looking for a relaxed, friendly place with amazing staff and a great base to explore Rodney Bay, this is a fantastic choice.

Its a nice resort outside rooms - available pool and seating, chef and bar and nice outdoor atmosphere. Very walkable to the mall, grocery and food stalls nearby etc. However there was an Issue with cleanliness of rooms and condition of amenities inside. Towels provided seemed to be stained - looked like makeup, not sure; used toilet paper and condition of shower, shower head and kitchen weren’t in the best condition. Also did not see a microwave but there was a fridge.

Perfect Location in Fort de France

Bayfront Hotel has a fantastic location in the heart of Fort de France. Close to transportation, shops, restaurants, etc. There is no actual front desk reception, but once you are staying here, Serge, the manager, will buzz you in when you have gone out and are returning.

La struttura e' in una posizione ottima, ha 5 mimuti piedi dal centro con tutti i servizi a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.Le camere sono un po' vecchie da aggiornare,ma pulite. la piscina piccola ma sufficiente per rilassarsi. il personale è molto gentile, alla reception Sharon è stata gentilissima la prima sera che siamo arrivati ci ha spiegato tutto anzi ci ha anche accompagnato in centro per farci vedere la zona, anche Mischel e Zack sono stati sempre gentili, come il resto delle persone che lavorano.
