Bremsspuren im Klo bei der Ankunft im Zimmer, Schwarzschimmel in der Dusche, Duschwand völlig verdreckt und duschkopf piselt nur in alle Richtungen, da verkalkt. Ohne viel Mühe reinigbar... Frühstück mit 18€/Person recht teuer, Brötchen aufbackware, sonst aber gut und ausreichend vorhanden. Personal aufmerksam. Rezeptionsdame fertigt einen ab, kein schönen Tag, keine gute Heimfahrt, keine Frage, wie der Aufenthalt war... vermutlich weil sie keine unangenehmen Gespräche möchte. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Bei den Betten fehlten die Matratzenschoner, so dass die Blutflecken der vorigen Nutzer durch das Laken durchscheinten. Das war sehr unangenehm. Ansonsten sehr nette Leute und ein gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Für eine Nacht für uns ok. Preisleistung stimmt. Leider ist genau vor dem Fenster immer eine Pumpe oder was auch immer das war angesprungen. Fanden wir in der Nacht sehr störend.

Upgrade statt Hotel in ein Hostel 8 Quadratmeter Raum ohne alles kein Fernseher nichts Automaten für Getränke kein Frühstück Dusche flutete das ganze Bad Betten selbst beziehen 50Euro für die Nacht sind am ersten Urlaubstag gleich wieder abgereist. Zum kotzen.

Das Personal bemüht sich mit Freundlichkeit einiges auszugleichen. Aus unsere Sicht wurden die beiden nebeneinander liegenden Hotel Wanna und Seedeich zusammengelegt, um Kosten zu sparen. Zu Marketingzwecken wurden diese dann zu "Lieblingsplatz" getauft, was keinenfalls den Gegebenheiten entspricht. Es gibt in beiden Häusern nur eine Rezeption und einen Frühstücksraum. Der Rezeption ist nur von 9.00 bis 17.30 Uhr besetzt und einen Zimmerservice und eine Reinigung gibt es nur und erst ab 4 Nächten Aufenthalt! Die Ausstattung unjd das Niveau hat eher etwas von Jungendherberge, nur das man die Betten nicht selber beziehen muss. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall nie wieder buchen, das das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für unsere drei Nächte (ohen Zimmerservice!) überhaupt nicht gepasst hat!
