Our stay here was the highlight of our trip. We got what has to be the best room in the hotel, the mountains were right in front of our faces, close enough that it almost didn't feel real. Waking up to that view every morning made the whole trip! Highly recommended

The proprietors are beyond fantastic!! They offer a set meal dinner every night (menu changes) and it’s fantastic!!! Breakfast and coffee are wonderful too. Coin operated washer dryer was great! They helped us get our add on tickets to our Swiss rail pass to get to the must see mountain tops was extremely helpful! I’m telling you this place is great! No AC but they did give me a fan for the room that worked out perfectly.

This is a family-run hotel with friendly staff and amazing views. We don’t normally eat in the same hotel where we stay, but we ate dinner here every night, and the food was great. I would definitely stay here again! Totally recommended!

Third generation family run property with very friendly innkeepers. Offered a solid breakfast with everything you could want but no eggs or breakfast meat. I didn’t miss them. Interior is cozy and charming. My balcony had such an amazing view of Witterhorn Mountain, I didn’t want to leave my room! Location is perfect, away from the touristy center of town but still walkable to everything. Can’t recommend the place enough.

The room was large and had convenient places to open and store your luggage. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with the recreation and trains. They even sent our luggage to our next hotel in another town! The food was delicious and the breakfast/service was wonderful. This is one of the best hotels in our 3 week trip!

Wonderfully hospitable service and excellent attention to detail. The owners were very kind and offered kind suggestions of things to do in the area. The location is perfect as well - right at the end of hustle and bustle of Main Street but easy walking access to everything. Also, we had stunning views of the glacier and peaks from our room! The room was clean and tidy. Furniture a bit dated, but that is a part of the charm. Bathroom was newly renovated and super nice. The room had a lovely and spacious balcony, with a perfect view of the mountains. The staff was very welcoming and helpfull, and served the best breakfast you could ever ask for. Would definately recommend this hotel.

The owners/hosts were exceptional. You were greeted as soon as you walked in the door. Everything was in order and they gave great details on room, meals and local activities. It was a near perfect location for our five person Family. I preferred this location because it’s quieter, and it would be impossible to find a better view than the one from our hotel balcony. Recently remodeled room was the size of a small apartment with a massive wrap around balcony. We are definitely coming back and we found the staff to be very gracious and welcoming.
