We had an amazing time at this property! What a Location!!! What great views to the mountains and we could not ask for more, we were in awe throughout the full trip! Overall very satisfied, excellent & amazing view and location perfect. The staff are so helpful that you will not wait a long time if you need help specially the Supervisor or assistant manager (sorry I forgot the names) who assisted us on the safe deposit box, also Vanessa who showed us how their door work as airconditioner, Harrizon the front desk who checked us in and also the front desk who check us out. Breakfast is very good. Also, there are lots of food choices on their menu in the restaurant and all very satisfying. I tried their fondue, steak, etc but the most recommended one that I really like is their cold beet soup with ice cream - yummy.

The hotel is so close to the station that you'd think the noise will interrupt you. The building is fairly quiet and the staff there is amazing. There is ample seating in the restaurant and you are well taken care off. I'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing views! You can't beat the convenience if you're travelling by train - it's right across the platform - and the trains are so quiet we slept with our windows open and still didn't hear them. The breakfast had everything you could desire and the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable.

Great Views of Eiger

We booked a south facing room for one night, so that we could view the Eiger. We enjoyed out stay so much we stayed an additional night. All of the staff was very helpful, and I'll likely stay here again on our next visit. Oh, it about 10 meters from the train station--you can't get a hotel closer to the Grindelwald train station.

Staff were fantastic telling me where to go and helping me with bags and moving my car. Couldn’t do enough for you! The food was lovely and waiters created a lovely atmosphere. Perfect Stay

It was right in front of the train station and steps away from the bus station. Everything was perfect! Front desk lady was really friendly and even help check the weather for us before we went up to Jungfraujoch. Breakfast was good. The view from our room was spectacular. It is an older hotel so you can hear some squeaking when you walk but that didn’t bother us. I would stay again.
