The hut was amazing & laid our really well. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not up to my standards. There was a squished fly on the coffee table & it required dusting considerably. The bathroom was clean though. We didn't see a member of staff the whole time we were there (2 days) & to contact anyone was difficult too. The hot tub was very nice, but for the money paid I would expect a daily refill of wood. We had to buy quite a bit more to use it. Lastly, they have a carpark for all cars. There is plenty of space to have a car lot outside each hut. For someone like myself, disabled, I found it considerably difficult to walk from the car to the hut even though it is a short distance.
My partner & I know the area as I'm from Immingham originally, so getting to Grimsby as we did, or other places was very easy & close by. Nice places to see & things to do if you've never been before.
After all said, I would consider returning as we had a wonderful time. Thank you.
