“Good stay.”

“Fine”

“The room was clean and basic amenities (washing machine, dryer, fridge etc) Bedding and sheets were good. The bathroom- shower had mold The heater for the bedroom didn't work, however there were other bedding available to help on the chilly nights. Great stay, thank you”

“Great location, parking good, fab staff, excellent services in apartment - highly recommended”

“El apartamento que nos asignaron era muy ruidoso y nos cambiaron a una habitación muy amplia y agradable pero no hicieron la limpieza antes de que entráramos todos los muebles llenos de polvo, la terraza con telarañas, vajilla sucia y restos de comida usada en el congelador, al día siguiente tampoco hicieron limpieza y cuando llegaron a darnos toallas limpias, solo se llevaron la basura.”

“Perfectly fine for the price but wouldn’t want to pay more. The rooms are very basic, pretty tired and ours was a little dirty (rubbish under the beds). Fine for a night stopover and the breakfast was quite good for the price although I’d recommend getting in before 8 as the queue of people waiting for a table after this filled the lobby”

“I would return to the Hyatt in a heartbeat. Old school charm without the chintz feels. Elegant. Staff were lovely especially Ben in reception. Facilities were great. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom had the best amenities and shower pressure. Will try the breakfast next time. It was too busy (school hols). They even have a hotel dog Pixie (lab). V happy and impressed and it’s now my favourite Canberra hotel.”
