Staff was pleasant and attentive. The property, however, could use some renovations. A couple holes in the walls, stained appliances and saw a few baby roaches. It was to be expected, so no complaints. Continental breakfast was just that, bananas, 2 options for cereal, 2 options for juice, coffee and a waffle maker. Dining area was clean but could use napkins. Nice, affordable, quick getaway if you are not seeking major updated amenities.

Great for a one night stopover.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room really needed a good cleaning and the beds were a bit uncomfortable. However, it was quiet during the night. The breakfast was nice and even had scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy.

The service was good. The property was dirty, the rooms smelled like cigarettes and wet. The sheets and towels were dirty and there was no ice.

The sheets needed to be replaced. They had tan colored spots on them. The floor needed to be swept and mopped. But the staff was as helpful as they could be though. The staff had very good customer service skills. Its just the property.

Found cockroach in room when packing to leave, room had leaves in the back room, floors dirty, gap in the door then at least a 1” gap an opening above the door frame, I could see light from outside poring through the gap and noise from cars and was insane. This is a garbage property in need of a renovation and in need of cleaning staff overhaul. Aretha who is as at checkin was very nice, friendly and welcoming.

Room impeccable, every convenience in room. I checked in around 4:30 -5am my reservation made online had check in at 3pm. I explained to the night clerk I was hearing to ohio due to an unexpected emergency and couldn't drive any farther. She let me check in then instead of 3pm and I was able to check out at noon unstead of 11am since I was not going to stay the entire day booked. Staff is amazing especially the lady I was greeted by at 5amthat morning and I let the manager know when I checked out. Thank you for a wonderful and very much needed sleep.

There was a dead worm in the bathroom and two nails in the bathtub. The smoke detector was laying on the table. The bed however was comfortable and clean

There was poop on the toilet seat that I had to scrub off, cockroaches in the bathroom, no soap in the bathroom, the hair dryer didn’t work and the shades didn’t really shut the whole way. The staff was very friendly, however!

Staff was respectful. Room cleanliness, there was non. It was an smoke free room, the room only smelled like smoke. Sheets were never change and towels were either taken out, but not replaced or just simply not replaced.

I had stayed at this hotel previously and found it satisfactory. This time I was very disappointed. There was no soap in the bathroom, had to ask at the front desk and was told the one they gave me was the last one they had. After seeing 3 cockroaches I left. The front desk clerk was polite and helpful though.

Beautiful lobby and grounds in front. First room - couldn't find working light, tried TV for light and that didn't work. Second room - light switches all sticky; sink faucet falling off from sink; toilet paper holder (not the roll, the fixture) fell on floor; bathroom floor and other parts of floor dirty with small debris and dust. My dog kept finding stuff (?) and had to take it from him as he was eating it.. Something was under the bed he kept trying to get at. Slept with clothes on. But for exhaustion I would have left. Did I mention black bags of trash outside on landings? And broken steps up to second floor. Staff were extremely nice.

The room was infested with ants, the mattress had a huge brown stain under all the sheets. Thank god I didn’t see bedbugs, but I bet they’re coming considering the state of the room. Also, the flooring was falling apart, the towels had dead ants on them, the floor was covered with ants as well as the counter which had multiple cracks. This place is a joke. Not worthy of anytime time. This didn’t reflect a typical quality Inn. They should be embarrassed.
