Overall this property was totally fine. Greymouth itself has a lot to be desired, and the overall feeling of the property was fine but not outstanding. The room was sad feeing, but plenty comfortable, the check in process was easy, and it is near the beach. 3/5

I had a cabin, so shared bathroom which was no problem & let me tell you, the shower was the best shower I had ever stepped into. The tiled shower was my choice, the pressure was insane, it was roomy and had a heater in the room for when you stepped out. It was gorgeous & I didn't want to get out. If I'm to stay at top10 again & I will, this shower will be my go to. Very grateful & happy with other elements of my stay also 🙂

We liked it when we left. The room was hot, with no cooling devices provided. The taps in the small kitchenette dripped all night. The carpet in the bedroom smelt wet and a faint odour of urine.

We stayed in one of the cottages which was nice enough (what we expected), my only complaint was a slight sewage smell outside of our door so we couldn’t sleep with the window open at the front of the cottage. I wondered if it was close to camper toilets or waste disposal area if there was one? Or maybe just an issue that day. Not enough for us to complain as we were only there one night, but maybe worth asking if it’s close to one of those areas before booking?

Wir hatten ein Zimmer gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Alles war sehr sauber, wir konnten direkt vor dem Zimmer parken und die Sanitäranlagen sowie die Gemeinschaftsküche waren nicht weit entfernt. An der Einfahrt zum Campingplatz gibt es frischen Kaffee - was will man mehr!

Strandnähe, ideal für Familien

Netter Empfang, sehr hilfsbereit - wir haben dadurch eines der besten Dinner auf dieser Reise gehabt. Aber, die Beschreibung in Hotels.com entsprach nicht der Ausstattung: es wurde nicht ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass es kein eigenes Bad, sondern nur ca. 50 m entfernt Duschen und Toiletten gibt. Der Aufpreis für ein eigenes Bad (optional vor Ort möglich) lag bei 80% des bereits bezahlten Zimmerpreises! Wer auf diesen Komfort verzichtet, bekommt ein sauberes Zimmer, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Gemeinschaftsräume waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen, werden aber sehr gründlich gesäubert. Die Nähe des sehr guten Restaurants ist ideal. Strandnähe!
