The front desk was manned throughout the night, so our late check in was no problem. Both rooms were booked were clean and as described. There were electric chargers right outside the property. The breakfast was served in the services building across the car park and was decent. The overnight parking charge was £5. We would use this hotel again for the convenience of travel up to Scotland.

Very friendly and professional staff, room clean. The only fault if you do not have own transport it was impossible to get a taxi also this meant you had to eat at the services which can be expensive.

Cheap cheerful stay. Staff were excellent! Can't complain for the price, 2 comments for improvements would be to have a seating area outside and security keys into the bedroom area, that said, staff we're super helpful and welcoming. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and very quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast provided at the adjacent service station. The adjacent service station also had plenty of shops to top up supplies for our journey onwards. For an overnight stop on a long road trip this was perfect.

This stay was a sleepover stop on a journey north. I arrived at 21:00 and left at 07:30. It is part of a motorway service area so I would not stay here for any other reason. It did provide a good night's sleep and the room was comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast, if taken, would be at the adjoining service centre facilities, not at the hotel. This did not appeal to me and I went without. It was worth the price I paid I would say and I would stop there again.

The room was super spacious, very clean and lovely and airy on a really hot day. The bed and pillows were really comfy and the room was surprisingly quiet considering the hotel is next to the motorway. We had a lovely warm welcome and it was so handy for Gretna and access to Scotland. We'd stay again any time.
