“Pro: Front desk staff was very nice and friendly man. Room is clean, no bad smell with clean towels. Walking distance to shops and restaurants Cons: Not suitable for smokers, have to go out of hotel around the corner. Cleaner was banging on door with cart at 9.30am asking us to leave. If you coming to enjoy wineries, better to book out of town. This was last min plan otherwise I prefer out of town.”

“The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They even made a pizza for me for lunch outside the lunch time hours, and it was very nice. Everything was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately my room smelled smokey, probably because of an unused fireplace. Also the chairs on the deck were broken and dirty, they need to be replaced. I fell through the torn seat. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I felt it was good value for money.”

“Telephone disrupted our sraybevery day missing calls and unknown persons calling we gave to call Reception and disengage unit. Friday night and Saturday the noise coming from the restaurant till midnight make us impossible to rest and sleep , no wonder we found earplugs in room , we sincerely believe that we deserve a refund and an apology , the cleaning service was good but the above make our stay during Friday night and Saturday miserable ”

“Easy access, central to local activities and tourism. The place was well kept and the accommodation was comfortable without being too extravagant. Have stayed there a few times over the last few years. Try to book one of the field view rooms, its quieter away from the road and you'll enjoy the outlook.”

“Great stay! We had a really enjoyable stay at Leisure Inn Pokolbin Hill. The reception staff were absolutely fantastic — friendly, welcoming and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The location is great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Great value, great location and fantastic staff. Would happily stay again!”
