Don’t do with a car. No place to pull in for check in. Narrow confusing streets. Parking NOT on site, but rather a block away. Interesting though quirky design. Nice staff. Very basic dinner menu. Location good for many things, with exceptions as noted.

Just wonderful! The staff, the large room (not the basic), the hotel location, the club, the breakfast. No onsite parking, but there's public parking nearby (special rates via the hotel). Highly recommended.

Beautiful boutique hotel the staff was so accommodating and friendly. The rooms are small but comfortable. I love the artistic design of the bathroom also. Get a higher floor and the views are magnificent. The only drawback was it’s proximity to the light rail.

Renovation and maintenance required

The hotel rooms need to be renovated. The heading section of the bed and the lounge in the corner are made of synthetic leather, but this is completely worn and looks shabby. May bedclothes had holes as well. In a room that has the highest category, I would expect a coffee maker or a kettle and a bottle of water at least. The room was just larger than the regular room I had before. The water in the shower did not drain quickly. Here maintenance would help as well.

L’hôtel est sympa avec le service club, la chambre est plutôt propre. Par contre, gros point négatif : le service de chambre qui frappe et ouvre la porte avant l’heure du check-out (12h). On a l’impression qu’ils mettent la pression pour libérer la chambre… Impossible de faire une grasse matinée et de profiter des dernières minutes de repos : ils sont venus deux fois, et en plus la femme de chambre a râlé parce que je n’avais pas encore quitté la chambre. Elle m’on mis de mauvais humeur dès le matin aucun respect pour la clientèle .

Abbiamo soggiornato nel mese di agosto 25 e non abbiamo compreso il motivo per cui nelle camere la temperatura si aggirava intorno 18 gradi. Obbligati a dormire con il piumone presenti sui letti. Temperatura esterna 40 gradi. Per accedere al lavandino e al wc è necessario passare dalla doccia, un po’ scomodo quando bagnato. Zona relax top aperta H24.

A pleasant stay in this hotel

Solo stay for 3 nights on holiday. Some very good points - the breakfast room being available all day and night for free coffee in a very spacious, attractive room is a big positive. The staff are all very helpful and attentive. Location is good being 15 minutes from the heart of the city and with shops only yards away on Rue Hoche. The negatives for me were the car parking being inconvenient in a multistorey facility across the road. The inconvenient door for the shower room/bathroom - having to step over the shower area to use the toilet ! The bare concrete wall in my room gave it a very unattractive look and feel. Also the safe didn't work even though the maintenance person changed the batteries on the day i arrived. The following day it failed again.
