La chambre ne correspondait pas aux les photos (à priori les ce n'est pas le cas de toutes les chambres au vu les photos clients) ils ont refusé de me l'a changer. Chambre 101, tram qui passe juste en dessous et très mauvaise isolation phonique. Chauffage pas allumé à l'arrivée donc le froid était bien imprégné jusqu'au matin. Petit déjeuner médiocre. La chambre est dans les standard 3 etoiles, bien que la television soit petite grande hauteur sous plafond appréciable, mais gros problème d'isolation phonique : vous entendez la respiration de votre voisin(e) ce qui parfois peu stimuler l'imaginaire mais les bruits de ballonnement intestinal beaucoup moins... Probleme d'isolation acoustique avec l'exterieur également (fort bruit des trams... J'ai aimé cet hotel mais il ne m'a pas été possible de dormir plus de 4h...Dommage. C'est dommage que les conditions d'isolation phonique et l'obscurité ne soient pas systématiquement précisées dans les annonces à la mode de la conso des appareils électroménagers ou les nutriscores !

Accueil très chaleureux avec a la clé un surclassement. Bâtiment historique et intérieur remis au goût du jour. Petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits frais. Bien qu'en plein centre ville, le silence est remarquable. Nous reviendrons pour un séjour plus long !

INADMISSIBLE

Ayant l’habitude de séjourner sur Grenoble, c’est avec joie que je réserve une nouvelle fois dans cet hôtel (grace au monsieur super gentil à l’accueil aux cheveux blanc) Je passe 4 nuits comme à mon habitude, dès mon arrivée pas d’ascenseur, on me situe au 3 eme etage, on me ramène ma valise 30minutes après mon arrivée. Première nuit : étranger très très bruyant entre 6 et 7h du matin, toilette bancale, douche qui ne se vide pas lors de la douche, la femme de ménage toc et rentre dans ma chambre lorsque je m’apprête à partir (jusque l’année tout va bien) Deuxième nuit : les étrangers très bruyant de nouveau, toujours pas d’ascenseur alors que l’on m’a affirmé qu’il serait réparé ce jour là. Troisième nuit ET PAS DES MOINDRES !!!!!! : 9h38 la femme de ménage ENTRE sans frapper à la porte ET ME VOIT TOUTE NUE !!!!!!!!!!! Une honte, je suis toujours choquée et très en colère. Quatrième nuit : on me surclasse et on m’offre le petit déjeuner (je n’avais pas demander de surclassement je logeais seule pas besoin de deux grands lits) et je ne déjeune jamais le matin. Ce n’est pas parce que l’on me l’offre que ça va changer ! On me propose un surclassement lors de mon prochain séjour autant vous dire qu’étant dans le commerce vous commencez à avoir une super réputation et pas dans le bon sens !! Quatrième et dernière nuit : oufffff ! 8h28 la femme de ménage entre (je suis au lit je dors jusque 9h) entre, allume la salle de bain et a vue mes affaires donc elle s’est enfuis !!!
