My stay was absolutely lovely, just far too short! It truly feels like a secret hideaway, perfect for comfort, peace, and relaxation. The pool, breathtaking views, delicious food, and wonderful staff were all amazing. And the rooms? OMG so scenic and beautifully designed! I can always appreciate thoughtful architecture and attention to detail. Nina gave me a 10/10 massage, and Jen was an absolute doll so warm and welcoming. Overall, such a beautiful experience, and I’ll definitely make it a point to visit anytime I’m in Grenada. ❤️

It was there slow season which was perfect for us to disconnect and just enjoy the moment. Their staff and facility was perfect for our needs and perfectly enjoyable

The hotel was okay overall, but there were several areas that could have been much better. The staff was not as friendly or welcoming as I’ve experienced at other Royalton properties. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was nice although not very large. However, the arrival experience could have been better. Our luggage was placed on a cart, but once we arrived at the building, the staff took the luggage off the cart and simply told us, “Your room is down there.” There was no escort to the room or assistance with getting our luggage there, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the restaurants were a major miss for us. The dining options were very limited, and the food overall was bland and needed much more seasoning. Nibbles was the one restaurant we really enjoyed, particularly for lunch. The rest of the dining experiences were disappointing. We actually ended up ordering pizza through room service almost every night because we preferred it to the restaurant options. Another major issue was the lack of air conditioning in the restaurants. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable trying to eat, especially with the humidity. On top of that, there were flies everywhere—flies while dining, flies around the pool, and flies throughout the resort. It became a constant annoyance and really took away from the experience. The resort also had very limited entertainment. The area where entertainment was offered was extremely hot and muggy, and there were no fans

Beautiful villa. Have your own balcony. Very quiet. Staff phenomenal- Kelli was excellent. View was extraordinary. Love how quiet the pool was. Need a taxi to go places but you need that with many places so no big deal. Would love to stay there again but they are sold out a lot for good reason.

I had a great experience at Secret Harbour. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.
