The room seemed clean until we sat on the couch, which also turns into a bed. It smelled like urine. Yuk! Coming from Texas, this room was definitely not worth $200+/night.

The lobby area and hallways are rather warm. The curtains in the rooms do not close to make the room real dark to encourage a good nights sleep. The ice maker on the first floor is out of order. Those are the only things I would like to improve. Everything else was great, a great location/stay.

Girls weekend one of our best

Girls weekend to visit the Cooking School. Loved the indoor pool, coffee bar and the breakfast in the mornings were an added perk which is included in the room charge. The people over the breakfast seem to be a bit stingy with condiments and YOU making your own waffles....but it didn't spoil our stay. Had a great time!

Beautiful hotel & very nice with comfortable beds

The hotel was great from the time walked in. The staff was very hospitable and friendly. The rooms were VERY nice and cozy. The breakfast was warm and delicious. A big variety. Will definitely be staying here our next Greenwood trip.

Nice hotel with good service

Very nice hotel and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Room was pleasant, spacious and clean. Breakfast wasn't up to much though!

Worst Customer Service Ever!!!

Upon arrival, it was discovered that there was a mix up in my reservations. Your hotel staff including the desk manager on duty at the time showed no empty or concern. They mad no efforts to accommodate my family. Instead, they were very rude and arrogant in handling this matter. It was apparent that neither my family or my money were welcomed.

Great hotel stay overall

Everything was top notch.. beds were a bit firm, they could improve with a pillow top on the mattress. Otherwise the hotel was perfect and super friendly staff, good fresh breakfast. We were allowed to check in early and the desk manager was very accommodating to that request. Rooms were clean and in perfect condition. All great, I will stay here every time that I over night in the MS Delta area.

Management was reluctant to afford us the late checkout required by the cycling event that brought us to town. Other than that everything was great !

Great gem in Greenwood

We stay in this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights while visiting family in the area. The staff was great and the hotel immaculate. Highly recommend this hotel as it is well managed.

Beware of charge for extra guest

When I arrived at check in in with my husband and child the clerk informed me that 2 adults is not an extra charge bit because my child is over 12 I will be charged for an additional adult which was $20 for two nights. At this point I'm too tired to argue and ask for their policy. This was a bit ridiculous. Don't bring extra people to check in

great stay, good people

Front desk was very nice and helpful. Cleaning help didn't know English and couldn't communicate well what I needed for the room but she cleaned really good and was very respectful of our things.

The hotel was nice. The main worker at the front desk was very helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was great! My only complaint was that the first floor ice machine was broken and the indoor pool was very cold. Overall a great place to stay in Greenwood.

Hotel was nice, but Managment was not good!

When I arrived, they had no reservation for me. I had originally booked another night, but had changed my reservation through hotels.com. I had my confirmation number and the print out of the change with me. They apparently had no record of the change and still had me booked under the previous arrangements. It took 45 minutes for them to clear up the confusion with hotels.com to get me into my room. I was very irritated and disappointed after driving 4 and a half hours! The desk clerk had to keep calling the manager to get approval to change the reservation. The room was nice, the breakfast was nice, but service not good.

AMAZING!!

Finally a hotel that I was actually cold when I slept!! From check in to check out, and everything in between, this hotel was awesome! People were extremely friendly! There is Wal mart & food places right next door.

Hotel was very comfortable. Nice size, quiet. My room was across from the indoor pool that I wasn't even aware that they offered so that was pretty cool. Go across to the walmart for drinks or snacks. I paid $6 for 2 20oz sodas. Silly me! It was seriously overpriced. Complimentary breakfast was great!
