Extremely clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, bathroom was well stocked with Dove products. Breakfast was adequate, several options and the area was very clean. The juice machine was not working so they had juice containers in the refrigerator. Would not hesitate to return.

I didn’t have any issues with the property, it was very clean, just the noise that was coming from a room above my room. I had to contact the front desk several times about the noise for the two nights I was there. Didn’t get much sleep.

Not as nice or clean as Aiken

We decided to stay because of a good experience at the Hi in Aiken. The hotel staff was less than friendly , breakfast was disappointing to say the least. They replaced towels but didn’t clean the room and the price was not as agreed. I will never stay there again and will not use another HI unless it’s the one in Aiken.

It has been quite a while since I stayed in a motel/hotel. It has been around 10-11 years ago. I was quite worried and anxious about the experience. Motels/hotels have not very clean in the past. I usually stay at a VBRO but all were booked. It was family weekend at Lander. We arrived on Saturday. We stayed in room 316. It was immaculate! Clean and smelled awesome!! I was happily surprised!! Our girls utilized the pool! My husband and I rested from our day at Lander! The next morning we woke up well rested! The breakfast was delicious! The buffet are was clean and well stocked! Shout out to the cook! He was awesome and courteous!! We will be back!

Not worth the PRICE

This was my second time staying at this hotel. WOW what a big difference!!! My check in with Michele was Great! She was very pleasant and show Excellent Customer Service. She had a line and she made sure to spoke to everyone waiting. The room was a different story. After we checked in we left the hotel to get something to eat. We returned late so we didn't notice that the room wasn't cleaned as HGI standards. My bathroom floor look like it hadn't been cleaned in a few weeks. There was visible hair on the floor of the bathroom that didn't belong to me nor my wife. The rod that the dirty bath mat was placed on was broken. The shelf or should I say the smaller bench in the shower was falling off the wall. The body wash was almost gone. The rug had visible stains and also looked like it was hot or miss with the vacuum. The desk chair had a half eaten cookie on the side of the handle. While washing my hands a water bug came out the drain. We had the not ready yet sign up but your staff banged on the door and never announced who they were. They left the trash can in front of our door once we came out. They knocked before check out time and never said excuse me for knocking. With this being said I think I would stay somewhere else because for the amount of Money we paid this Hotel wasn't worth the price. I believe I could have gotten a better room at the Motel 6!
