The remote to the TV did not have batteries. I went to the desk she gave me batteries. The remote still did not work on the TV. The desk lady came to look at she could not fix it. They have a sign that says if something is broken your stay is free. That didn’t happen after asking they advised me they would refund me $20.00 which didn’t go to my credit card. They said I would have to contact Expedia because I booked through them. I will not stay there again the drain in the shower/tub was also not attached. The breakfast bar was pretty good! That was the best part of the stay!
