The staff was great and even let me and my family check in early but unfortunately we did not stay due to the heavy smell of cigarettes and since the windows don’t open we couldn’t air out the room. We stay for a few hours and then checked out. The room felt dirty and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. Overall staff was great but house keeping has to do better with cleaning. And they need to state on the website that it is a smoking hotel since when I booked it said none smoking. Or at least allow the windows to be opened.

My husband works in Spartanburg for his job, we have stayed here three times. Nice room, don't really see anyone. I don't know if it's a hotel or apartments.... And you have to clean your own room. Besides that it's great no bug's!!!

Staffs were friendly and helpful in general. the room was kind of rundown but the bedding were ok. but cosmetic condition of the place is very poor. missing parts and rust. no room service. etc... would I visit the place again? I might due to the cost in mind but I would not recommand if you are not alone.

A Breath of Foul Air

While the room itself was as the depicted and the bed was comfortable to sleep in, the air was atrocious! it was musty, smelly, and made for a terrible experience. I felt like I reeked of the air the next day. Did not stay the 2nd night (even though my room was a non-refundable rate) and found other accommodations. DO NOT STAY at this hotel.

I didn't like the fact you couldn't have visitors after 7. When you work from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. there's no way to have a friend over after work. Other than that the place is great

There were cockroaches. Everywhere crawling on me. I couldn't sleep. I wasted my money going there. I don't recommend this place to anyone. The hallways were dirty stains all in the rugs.
