My room had bad case of roaches/flying insects and hot water for shower did not work at 5am. Entry door hard to open. Wifi cost extra, kitchen burner available but no pot/pans, and access to front desk limited on weekends(Closed on Sunday) if you have needs. Other than this...THE ROOM WAS PERFECT!!

the desk, clerk abused his job and refused my rese

Upon arriving I informed the clerk that I had a reservation, looked at the reservation and and he was acting like he was booking or checking me a room and he gave me a card and told me to go check out the room to make sure it’s to my liking and when I got back to the front desk, he informed me that I was on the DNR list and due to the fact that he waited after the fact of me going to go check the room that he was trying to give me that lead me to believe that he was the only one that put me on a DNR list. I never stayed at the hotel before I visited someone but never stayed there and I never had any contact with the staff members or the groundskeepers at all and I never gave any of them my name not my full legal name get alone my nickname so that leads me to believe that he was the one that put me on a D and all so he refused my reservation

Terrible, when I checked into my "premium, newly renovated, non-smoking " room. It smelled like someone had hot boxed a carton of cigarettes in it. I was informed that there was to be no cleaning service. I would have to bring my sheets to the front office on thursdays to exchange them. The carpets were stained, there were cigarette burn marks on the night stands. The other residents were sketchy at best, one woman kept trying to wave me into her room every time I passed by. I know you get what you pay for but this place was grossly misrepresented.
