It was a pretty room. I only needed 1 night while visiting my son in the hospital. The employees were kind. The breakfast was decent. The bed and pillows felt amazing and the shower got nice and hot.

Very clean with new furniture. Had a reservation issue Mira and Monica tried to help but had to work with Expedia to fix. Room was nice and clean. Mattress did not seem new kinda sink a bit in places. No coffee pot in room. Had microwave and refrigerator but needed a coffee pot. Who wants to get dressed to get a cup of coffee when just waking up. Staff told me survey said guests did not need one in room. All guest I asked wanted one. Issues with toilet. Tiny towels. Breakfast was typical but greasy and not really appetizing. Bagels bread and rolls seemed old. I made a waffle which was good. If ever in area again will probably go toward Greenville to stay.

Check in was pleasant. I stated my name and got one room key. The luggage rack did not work properly. We accidently let the door shut just trying to get the rack back out.. went back down stairs to get another key card and the lady was aggravated because we asked for another. Continued to roll her eyes even tho it too 30 sec to get another card. The shower was very very small. No shelving to hold our soaps etc. The body wash, shampoo conditioner containers on the wall in the shower were empty. After water.is running you can smell the stench of "septic ". The internet was horrible! The TV buffered the entire weekend. Luckily we were in the rooms a lot. I called the front desk to see whatbwas going on. I simply was told its working down there. The phone in the room didnt work. I had to use my cell to call 😆.. The walls are super thin.. we can hear everything! I do mean everything.. we could here a couple having sex as we waiting on the elevator... it was not the tv. We will not consider this establishment on put next trip.

Staff was pleasant. No problems with staff. The room itself was misrepresented and its images online. Very outdated. Extremely small. Dark with limited lighting. Bathroom quite literally had a pipe as the shower faucet, the toilet paper holder was hanging on the wall. The cover to the back of the toilet didn’t fit The basin itself. I understand based on the pricing that this was not going to be a five star hotel. But I do expect that the images online to match and represent the hotel. I’m staying at. It just was not the case for this location.
