Sound but no picture

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a weird smell to the whole room and the television had sound but no picture, when I reported it the front desk I was told they would call me back the call never came.

Night mgr was nice but a bit confused about the process. Room was hot when we got in but cooled off quickly. Bed comfortable. Overall a decent stay. We were in town for a funeral so was in room about 12 hrs so was a good choice.

Inexpensive but old

Friendly front desk service. Room was clean & updated but still had an older building smell to it. Walls between rooms are thin so you can hear everything from rooms next to you on either side. King room was inexpensive so it met the needs for a one night stay.

Super 8 Equals Super Bad!

At check-in, first two assigned rooms full of beer bottles, no sheets on beds and filthy dirty. Desk clerk was extremely embarrassed by existing conditions. Room we eventually occupied was dirty and unsanitary. Not a return stop on our list by any means.

Dirty blankets

Well because we got the room for a discounted price the lady at the front office told me she couldn’t give me a downstairs room because the rate was too low so she ended up putting me and my family in room 221 when we entered the blankets on the bed were all stained and nasty. I called down to the front desk and told her about the room and she tried to tell me that the room was clean, we ended up moving into 224 which was little better. I have met experienced nothing like this before.

They refused to give me a receipt...and I need it....any chance you could email me one?The property was so dirty...I am certain our bed had been previously used....the room was not well cleaned...the parking area had a lot of debris laying around....in general it gave us the hibbie jibbies. We would not stop in there again.

Where do I start. Floor tiles wet, source?? Sheets stained, burn holes in bed covering (in a smoke free room? ). Had to call for fresh towels and toilet paper since no room service as of 5pm. Took 2hours to be delivered. Will not use facility again.

Kay went above & beyond in the area of customer service. My 77 yr old parental unit neglected to charge phone , so for 4.5 hrs PAST check in was quite stressful. I called the front desk every hour & Kay not once sounded anything but professional & CARING. Said parental unit actually showed back up on my radar just in time to laugh & remind me of my younger antics. I like Super 8s price wise, overall condition of property etc. However this particular Super 8 has one of the best front desk employees I’ve ever encountered in a long time!! Thank you very much!!!

They offered room service upon check in, but I declined because I assumed the room was ready. We entered the room and the beds were not made, there were no towels, and it looked like it hadn't been mopped in months. I went back down to ask for room service and it took an hour or so to get everything set up as it should've been.

The horrible lady working the front office on the evening shift was rude and completely unprofessional. I had to call the owner to get her to do her job. She was pissed and was hateful and threatened to not rent me the room even though I had already paid for it.
