Room and property were exceptionally clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient to downtown activities. Very quiet so we had a good night's rest. Breakfast was very good with hot and cold selections. The biscuits and gravy was outstanding. I recommend staying here if in the downtown greenville area. Thank you !!

Right after we checked in, I went to take a shower and the shower head fell off. However, maintenance came in about 10 min later and fixed it. Beds were clean but mattresses are worn slap out and need to be replaced. Staff was super nice and eager to serve. Would def stay here again.

Our room was in need of a major renovation. There were holes in the wall where pictures had been moved, the caulking in the bathroom was cracked and gross, there was a stain on the carpet by the bed, a nasty stain on the mattress where the bottom flat sheet came off. Walls were paper thin and we heard folks walking around in the room above us. When we arrived, there were some shady folks hanging out in the parking lot behind the building. Not a great part of town. Front desk folks were cordial and helpful. Breakfast choices were good and the lobby and dining areas were decent. Yes, we were looking for a reasonably priced place to stay for one night. It filled that need, but it was very basic. Not sure I'd stay there again.

This reminded me of a more affordable, no frills Double Tree, especially with the complimentary cookies :) Overall it was a great place to crash for a night. Very friendly staff, free coffee 24/7, free water bottles in room, comfy and clean bed. I would stay here again. Nothing super glamorous or special but a decent place to see Greenville from.
