We absolutely loved our stay at Kineo View. It does indeed have a lovely view, the property is well-maintained with a cute rustic vibe, and the staff here is friendly and helpful. It's a fantastic choice for anyone looking to spend time in the Moosehead Lake/Greenville area. 10/10 recommend and will definitely return!

We had a lovely stay at this property. Ryan was very kind, helpful, and promptly replied to all the communications we had before the trip. The balcony in each room was a plus with the most stunning view! This place was clean, safe, and had a well-marked sign, when entering off the main road. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

Kineo View Lodge has the most amazing view! We so enjoyed sitting on our balcony looking at the mountains. The staff is wonderful and the room was clean and comfortable.

We both have an excellent time the bed was so comfortable. I can’t remember getting such a good night sleep. The woman at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. The view was spectacular. Everything about our stay was superb no complaints. Looking forward to staying next year.

The views were magnificent! We took advantage of the continental breakfast every morning - a bonus was being able to pick fresh Maine blueberries to eat with those meals! My son enjoyed practicing disc golf after purchasing a starter set at Northwoods Outfitters. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating!

Very nice motel/hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and all of them have a balcony. The rooms could use some updating, but for the price and the proximity to Moosehead Lake, it's a great value.

Kineo View Lodge is a nice, homey place nestled in a meadow surrounded by trees. The view from the rooms is spectacular, especially in autumn. The rooms are clean and the beds, comfy. I love the staff! Ryan, the owner, is super nice. Robin, the desk clerk, is also very friendly and helpful. Joyce is welcoming as well. They also have a little gift shop in which I always manage to find something cute to buy. Breakfast is included in the price. I have been here twice already and hope to return again next year.
