Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed, actually had outlets on both sides for charging phones. Bathroom was clean and in good condition. The full size shower products are nice and convenient. The whole place had a pleasant scent.

The in-wall air conditioner was the loudest one I have ever heard. Horrible! The pillow, the same. Though the bed was comfy. I would suggest a grab bar for the tub/shower. Even with non-slip decals, it was slippery. TV was good. Staff needs to either supply guests with flip flops for their trips back from the pool or mop more frequently. Every time I got off the elevator there were wet footprints. All in all, ok for the money, I guess.

Staff was really nice. Common areas are really nice. Rooms were not. Room wasn't dirty but had a horrible musky smell. Almost like a urine smell. I thought it might have been that room so I requested a room change (something I have never done before) and the other room was the same. I stayed that night and just couldn't stay again. I cancelled my reservation and went to another hotel. I have never had issues with Crowne Plaza hotels but I will never stay at this one again.
