Property has an updated fresh design. Rooms clean and comfortable. Liked the ambient lighting and big screen tv. Fresh coffee in the lobby in the morning plus complimentary donuts made it super special! Staff very nice.

The property was very clean, staff very nice, in a very nice area. There is also alot of shopping in the area. The down side was that there was no pool or complimentary breakfast . It was listed that it was. Grandson was disappointed. But there was a restaurant and Starbucks on the property.

We came down for family support during an emergency procedure across the street at the hospital. I chose this property for proximity and food. We've stayed here several times for various graduations over the years. Perfect. They're not too big or too small.

Worth the stay

This was a very friendly and comfortable place to stay. The only downside was the indoor pool was not inservice, which any other time would have been a problem, but this time it was fine. Loved the room, the concierge, the lady who handled breakfast. Simply put, an excellent stay.

Clean and comfy but don't buy breakfast

Don't buy the add on breakfast if you are on the go and don't have a lot of time. It's made to order rather than Buffett style, which is fine if you have the time. Coffee machine was not turned on yet and couldn't make drinks at 7:00am. Everything else was great. Room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast/coffee station needs to be open before 6:30am and the bar staff needs ALOT more training and or experience. Fire pit was never on while I was there and that’s one of the main reasons I picked your hotel.

The front desk associate was great and super helpful with my room. Unfortunately the hallway near our room and our room had a very foul odor and it nosier than needed with strange man that may have been under the influence of drugs revving up their truck engine in the parking spot beside our room making it impossible to stay comfortably so we ended up cutting our trip short and left the property.

The room wasn’t as I expected. The carpet needed to be vacuumed. You couldn’t turn on the bathroom light at night because the fan would wake everyone in the room because it sounded like a plane engine and shook the headboard.

I asked for extra blankets and was told they didn’t have any, I was lucky to even get bedding for the pullout in the king suite. When I booked I was informed that breakfast was included. Come to find out that it’s optional and you have to pay for it. The hotel smelled funny. I will not be staying there again and was extremely disappointed for a Marriott.

The room arrangement for the king room was nice, as it allowed for a good-sized sofa for reading, watching TV, etc. A couple of suggestions are to put a better light near the full length mirror and/or add a make-up mirror in the bathroom. The countertop in the bathroom is deep, which is great in some ways, but it makes it hard to get close enough to it to put on make-up. A hook on the back of the bathroom door and at least a hand-towel rack would be nice as well.

Safe, quiet and clean for business travel

As a business traveler, I prefer Courtyard due to the fact that this brand doesn’t allow pets. As a person with animal allergies this is always appreciated. In addition, this particular location is across from the local hospital and is a safe place to rest. I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in my room however. The bathroom had not been wiped down- water splatters on the mirror, many hairs on the counter, bathroom floor and shower floor. I stayed here to different nights during my current travels and the first stay was subpar but the second room I stayed in was well cleaned.
