I had to make 2 separate reservations to extend my stay another night. When I checked in I asked the gentleman if I could keep my room. He said I could. I am a nurse working nights. In the middle of my sleep to work that night I was asked to move to another room on the 2nd floor because they had overbooked rooms due to a football game. I realize the normal world works during the day. I told the guy who told me I had to switch rooms what the other guy said, and he told me “well he told you wrong.” I told him I worked nights and I was in the middle of my sleep. He only told me “I understand” I asked him how could he? The discussion went downhill from there. In the normal world it’s like waking someone up at midnight to switch rooms. For 2 nights, and I I only slept there less than half a day it was almost $800. After moving my things (no one even bothered to assist) I couldn’t really get back to sleep.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The ice machine wasn't working, but the woman at the front desk brought a bag of ice to our door after we checked-in. However, we could not get the TV to work in our room. Overall, it was a great stay. Thank you!
