Vacations Close To Greensprings Greenway Interpretative Trail

The hotel is centrally located so it was easy to get to things. There is construction going on right beside the hotel so it was noisy from 7am-3pm. The cleaning staff did a very good job cleaning the rooms. My room did not have a safe. Front desk staff were not very knowledgeable about activities, restaurant choices etc. We had to look things up on our own.

Keys to the room didn’t work two out of three days I was there. I had to go down to the front desk and get new keys no housekeeping the morning after the first night, no telephone in room at all

This is terrible! We book on this hotel close to venue so we won't be late to the game because of the door in our room didn't work our day was ruined. They should have everything with them once this happen the main card key,the main key and everything that they need to open tgat door but NONE. it took almost an hour for us to get in the room which is very upsetting. They should always check everthing the maintainance Not knowing that some of our friends who stayed on the same hotel had the same issue that they need to activate the card everytime they need to go in their room. Very disappointing and inconvinience whoever will stay at this hotel. Never going to booked at this hotel in the future!
