The hotel is conveniently located downtown. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I had issue with the musty smell of the lobby and my room. There were stains on the side of the mattress and also on two of the walls going into the bathroom. When I got into bed it smelled like the comforter needed cleaned as when I folded it down the sheets smelled clean.

Beautiful, spacious and clean room. Staff was especially helpful and encouraging as I was there to attend the funeral of a beloved family member. The only negative aspect was that the shower switch came off and it was difficult to get the shower to full force. I pointed this out to housekeeper and she agreed to have it repaired.

We make it a point to stay here during the Ice Festival. So much to do around the area and most of it is walkable. The room was comfortable, clean and affordable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
