I had to leave and they did not give me a hard time about my refund which was such a relief. Our room was nice and clean and the A/C worked very well. Happy with my stay and would recommend.

Breakfast was not good. In fact it wasn’t even a breakfast. All u had was cold cereal but no regular size bowls. Your orange juice was terrible. If you put in your things and you say breakfast I expect eggs, meat, sausage gravy, and maybe fried potatoes. Everything else was GREAT. .. But if I see on the menu breakfast I expect breakfast. I won’t be back because I expected breakfast. Not just waffles and cold cereal.

This hotel runs the incidentals as a charge rather than as an authorization. I caught this and called the hotel asking for a refund of the $100 incidentals charge. I was told it should be back in my account within 24 hours. 48 hours later it still isn’t returned. Just called the hotel again and was told it takes 5-10 business days for the refund to take place. When I told the woman this is why it should be an authorization rather than a charge she couldn’t care less what I had to say. This is a poor business practice and it makes me wonder if there are people who have paid this that never caught the incidental being a charge rather than an authorization. There should be an audit done on this hotel to ensure everyone has had their incidental charge returned unless they did damage to the room. That was not the case with my stay.

The room was clean the property looks like a rescued hotel that was abandoned still needs a lot of work. I got to the property 1 hr befor check in and the owner charged me $25 extra i had to go to my event and change. I was on the road for 7 hour's So I had no choice but to pay the $25 I also paid a higher rate for that room then usual because of the convention that was going on in town I defenetly won't be staying there The front desk lady and cleaning lady where Super Nice , but the owner needs to learn from them

I stayed with my daughter for a weekend visiting Elon University and at first I was skeptical of the area and hotel . However as soon as I walk in . We were welcomed by a nice front desk lady and she was very accommodating. Breakfast was ok I think they have room to make it better and inexpensive. Adding a protein to the breakfast can be nice. However coffee was great ! Starbucks is around the corner and Dunkin too . Overall it was a great experience and we will be back !
