Very nice units. Pool area and outdoor space around pool also very nice. Also excellent location and Greenport is a fantastic town Lot of work still being done on the property. Once completed the place will be great.

This resort is a hidden gem that we plan to return to often. It is perfectly located near Greenport and the Shelter Island ferry. The cabin was spacious, quiet, and brand new. Miss May's food is absolutely delicious, and the owner went above and beyond for us. An ideal vacation spot for our whole family - including our dog!

Would stay again. Had asked for two cabins next to each other but ended up being opposite sides of the resort. They need to pave the road through the property, the dust in the summer months is not good. Pool was lovely but there was no bar/ restaurant opened.

The property was so clean, charming, and exceeded all expectations. The whole staff was so lovely and helped solve every issue above and beyond! We got locked out of our room and the front desk was closed but there was an after hours number that we were able to call and they virtually unlocked our door. So make sure you ask for that! And when our firewood took too long to be delivered, Vanessa generously offered to extend our stay an hour and refunded us for the logs. Melissa and Christine also were great and helpful at answering our questions! So special and we would stay again!

Clean rooms. On the smaller side, so one full room barely comfortably seats 4 ppl. the pool was nice. the staff was very nice. comes with an outdoor seating area and a grill and a fire pit.

Stayed here for 1 night and want to come back! Love that it’s dog friendly and also so close to greenport village. The only thing was that the bathroom smelled very mildewy when we woke up in the morning. There was a vent fan but there was no switch that turned it on. Aside from that the unit was great. We loved the fire pit, and I wasn't expecting a standalone tub. The dishes and glassware were also very nice. There’s even a dishwasher built into the counter. We will definitely be back!

Cabin was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The staff immediately responded at 7am when we called to reset the hot water heater. The Solo fire pit looked very tempting but we did not have the time to enjoy that. will be back!

The coffee machine in the room didn’t work. I put water and waited but it keeps blinking saying “add water”. I wish there as a hair dryer in the room but I should have checked before the trip so I could bring mine. The room was very clean. Checkout instruction wasn’t very clear and nobody was in the office. So I left a key in the room and left. I hope it was ok. Shower pan didn’t drain water quick enough but there was a panel over the drainage and I couldn’t fix the problem. Otherwise everything was good. Simple and stylish and I could enjoy being in the quiet nature.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort and the cottages exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel right at home. The cottages were beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The entire property was well maintained, peaceful, and the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to come back. The cottage was absolutely lovely. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. It was a bit too cool for the pool, but we did enjoy sitting around a lovely fire at night with a glass of wine! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and will be going back!

Overall the stay was pleasant. The cottages are well maintained. This property is still developing so there was active construction. It listed some amenities that were not yet available and some that were only available through a weekend stay which we did not have with a Sunday-Tuesday booking. I would rate the experience as nice would return after the construction is more complete.
