On arrival we were upgraded to a larger room which was lovely. Vicky showed us to our room and she was very friendly and gave some helpful advice about issues we had trying to get to the shopping centre. We really enjoyed our overnight stay which had been booked in conjunction with a trip on the Waverley. Our continental breakfast was really good although I would have loved a hard boiled egg! We would definately stay again because the hotel was very good value for money, clean, with friendly staff and in a great location.
