“We chose this property because we were visiting a close family member in Ipswich hospital. The property was amazing, staff were engaging & helpful, the room was clean and spacious and only a short drive to local shops and restaurants. The only thing I was disappointed with was there was no lift to take us up to the floor where we were staying, otherwise everything else was beautiful. ”

“Good service, good attention, 5 minutes walk from the city. We are really happy with the stay in the Punthill. On the negative side, I'd say the elevator. It needs to be changed, it's very slow. As an improvement, I would say that on New Year's Day, the staff should have made a BBQ, under reservation and payment, to celebrate with the customers. It would have been a lot of fun. We're going back to this hotel. Thank you for all.”
