Pool and arcade were very nice fun for whole family. I think it’s dumb you have to pay extra for everything like breakfast, coffee, extra resort fees after you’ve already paid how much for a room.

The location is perfect. Very beautiful unique place. Everything was beautiful. The breakfast, that costs a normal price was perfect. The staff in every area were so polite. The arcade was a big wow. The room we had was clean and nice. I think a little updating would be a good idea. All in all I saw many happy familys eenjoying the Tundra Lodge.

The side of the hotel I was on had a smell of dog poop in the hallway and staircase. Beds were a bit stiff and uncomfortable. The toilet wouldn’t stop running after flushing it. It was clean and staff was friendly and check in was a breeze!

The lodge was very close in proximity to the stadium and the waterpark was a nice feature. The waterpark staff were friendly but they were not doing rotations to stay fresh one guard sat on post for over 2 hours which is a lot. The room was also dated and needs renovation, some of the conference rooms had dust and or broken blinds on the door going into the room. The doors were all locked so we felt secure.

As a family of six, it can be difficult to find accommodations that fit everyone and keep us entertained. Tundra was perfect! The waterpark was just enough to keep ages 5-14 engaged for a few hours, breakfast was good and well priced for the amount of food we got, the bar on site was fun, the arcade is older but a nice added thing to do! It was a quick check in, staff were helpful, room was good! For the price, you cannot beat it.

Room was clean besides old boogers on the wall by the toilet. No caffeinated coffee in the room, bathroom fan was super loud and maybe needs to be serviced. We were right across from the arcade and we thought it was going to be a lot noisier. The kids enjoyed the waterpark.

Overall really great location! Clean property. Very nice staff. My only problem was my A/C didnt work and I was told to (turn it on low and sometimes it gets cold) it was very stuffy and hot. I did request extra towels I received them very fast. Again the staff was great.

We travel with young children, so the onsite waterpark and arcade are a big hit. The waterpark is especially nice for younger children. It has a lazy river and outside splash pad. Also has a shallow area for toddlers. This is our 3rd stay at Tundra and the desk staff are generally grumpy in nature. Sometimes when checking in or asking questions we are made to feel an inconvenience. The on site restaurant has been closed the past two visits. It isn't a big issue unless you are hoping to eat on site. The cleanliness is average. The young staff in the arcade were very nice and worked well with the children.

Stayed here while we saw a concert at the Resch Center. Location was nice and convenient, safe walk to and from. However, check-in was supposed to be at 4 o’clock. We were told three times it would be 10 to 15 minutes longer. Didn’t get to our room until 5:30pm only to find the toilet clogged. Then the next morning my son took a shower and there was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the containers that were in the shower.

We took our nephews there for a two night stay. They loved the water park and the game room! I would recommend the stay for anyone who has children that love excitement. The building itself could use so updates, but nothing that would stop us from going there again. The biggest issue we had was with the luggage carrier with wheels that didn't work and getting the carrier through the tight hallways. Good place to take your kids to have fun and play games.
