The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. But the beautiful pool that they show and hot tub as their main attraction on their pictures is closed due to health issues. This isn’t a recent closure. It’s been closed since December. But they don’t have it on the website. Also, I think this reflects very poor on Expedia for not keeping up-to-date on the hotels as well. None of the pool, hot tub kids area. None of it was open all it has been closed for over six months. Extremely disappointing for our family.

Had an issue with a low battery in one of our rooms late at night. Front desk person was only person on site. Had to change to another room at midnight because she couldn't figure out getting it to stop (yes, she changed the battery). Also, had I known the pool wasn't available due to renovations (since December 15, 2025? and didn't look like any work had even begun), I would not have stayed for 4 days. Breakfast food was basic (artificial scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy) every day. Only ate there one of the 3 mornings. Like the suite rooms as you can close the door to the sleeping area and keep out noise (including a chirping smoke alarm).

Stayed there for Airventure (called EAA by the locals) because it was the only thing I could find at a somewhat reasonable price. It was a very nice facility, and the commute wasn’t as bad as I imagined. I might have fit in better if wore a cheese hat and spoke about pharrking my cahr and coleming my heaarr. If you stay here you will not regret it.

Expedia should refund part of our stay. We booked rhis location for pool and hot tub use. And expediansaid theh have these amenities. There pool and hot tub has been shut down since December. Not cool. I paid 238 for one night with no amenities. I should be refunded part of my stay.

This place was terrible! The desk person was rude, the pool has been closed since December, and when I asked to speak to the manager, the desk person refused! I had to fight to get a refund and they blamed it all on Expedia and said nothing was their fault.

The lamp and TV were both unplugged. The carpet was sticky. Tissue box was empty but they decided to stuff two tissues on the top to make it look like it was full. Also - just odd - the pool is still under construction. It was under construction when we stayed there 3 years ago.
