Highly recommend this hotel! I shopped around & found this hotel to be a great value. Full size fridge/freezer, double electric burners on counter, plenty of drawers & shelves, super nice & helpful staff, spacious, comfy bed & pillows, easy access from parking, big laundry, plenty of gear in the workout room with tv, in room flat screen with cable. I’ll certainly be back! 😊

The full size fridge and kitchen was beneficial for extended stays. The rooms were quiet. The floors in the rooms were filthy, our socks walking around the rooms were full of dirt, the bathroom floors were dusty. Marijuana smell on and off in stairs hallway. The price was great, very reasonable! Enjoyed the workout room! The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, good experience!

This is definitely set up for long term stay, but it was perfect for my solo 2-night stay for business. The property is a little noisy with sound coming from hallway, floors above, and rooms next door, but it wasn't enough to keep me up at night with a sound machine. The room was clean, bed was comfy, and I enjoyed my stay. They wouldn't let me check in 2 hours early without a fee, so that was a bummer, and there was not a hairdryer in the room since it was geared toward long term stay. However, I called the front desk (from my cell because there were no instructions to do so on the room phone that just looked like a regular phone), and they "loaned me" a hairdryer - so problem solved! All in all - I would stay there again. The location was fine with some decent food options around.

Must be a new property. It was difficult to find as my GPS did not like the address. The property was nice and clean. Would be helpful to have at least plastic cups in room. Liked the refrigerator and microwave though really didn’t use.

Fantastic helpful staff, located within walking distance of fast food, restaurants, sub shops, grocery store, mall, or short drive to anything else. Spacious rooms, full size fridge freezer, double burner electric counter top, vent hood over burners with light, plenty of storage cozy bed, nice size bathroom, desk, flat screen w/cable, padded free standing chair, all that AND the Kitchen sink! I’ve stayed here several days. It’s quiet & cozy. Has several washers & dryers that accept cards. Vending machine for laundry soap & dryer sheets. Bring along quarters for that. I believe a single laundry soap was 1.00 or $1.50? $3.00 to $4.00 for washer or dryer. Dryer takes roughly an hour. Washer varies depending on settings but about $3.50. Well appointee gym, snack & soda machines. For long stays they clean your room twice a week. $3 extra for additional cleaning. Bring your own paper towels, Kleenex as they don’t come with your room. They sell dishes, coffee maker & others art the front desk for competitive prices, coffee is great & always available in the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel for overall vale, great pricing & great staff, location & overall chill vibe. Give them a call or via many travel apps etc…. Enjoy your stay!

Be careful with the locks on the doors and make sure the doors pulled completely closed. Accidentally walked in to the wrong room and I’ve noticed that the locks need to be double checked. I like the full fridge. I’d like the two burner stove, but you need to either buy or bring your own utensils to cook with and eat on. Great location grocery store across the street several restaurants close by place to get your nails done also and a car wash! I stay here every week for work have reached out to the GM to get a good rate and never heard back?

Overall for the price a really good deal based on the Greeley area. It’s positioned to accommodate workers coming to the area and people who need longer stays with full size appliances. I stayed about a week & it was a nice quiet stay overall. Nice & helpful staff staff, Comfy bed, full size fridge was great , just off the bypass near just about everything you could need buy, great variety of restaurants & groceries within walking distance or short drive. Negatives: There’s just a couple things. on arrival my handicap room floor wasn’t that clean. Along nearly the entire rooms baseboard area had a bead of dirt only 1/2” wide but when I swept it the total amount was significant. Also my suitcase fell over near the bed which caused a little bit of dust & white curly hairs to puff out from under the bed that looked like a Woman’s by the curl size. I looked under there to see the floor under the bed was untouched for quite a long time. I swept the bulk of it up but a grayish dust layer remained & should be mopped. It was easy to access under the bed because it’s open with no skirting. There was a minimum staff to clean at that hour day so I handled all the cleaning I mentioned & that was fine. Of course you look closer at everything after that & found the room was clean overall. I tried borrowing their vacuum which was older & missing the discharge plenum on top of the base so it blew forward of the vacuum stirring dust up. Broom was best.
