It’s a great location especially if visiting UNC, but seems not well maintained. Hot tub jets didn’t work and didn’t seem clean. Bathtub drain stopper didn’t work. The breakfast was good and staff helpful and friendly.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room we were initially checked into had a TV that was not working. The gentleman that was working that evening came right away to try and troubleshoot the issue. When that that proved unsuccessful he kindly upgraded us to a suite for our stay. The rooms were very clean and inviting. The breakfast was really good and always stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Older hotel, but was still comfortable and the staff were excellent! There was a dead bug in the bathroom when we arrived, which I got rid of. The middle bedframe had a piece of metal sticking out from underneath it, which I thought was a little dangerous, but no one was injured because of it. The breakfast was excellent, but the breakfast room was much too small to accommodate the hotel guest, consequently, making it very difficult to move around to get your food to take out to your bedroom or to the lobby to eat.

Room was so fun with fire place, large rotating tv, hot tub, couch and great king bed. It was like a " honeymoon suite". The breakfast selection was generous, as well. A wonderful retreat after a long trip and full weekend! A most helpful staff also.

I've used Greeley Comfort Inn for overnight stays in conjunction with my need to have medical procedures at Bannock Health. The hotel, itself, is a bit aged, but has an updated exterior and an overall average appearance. Things seem to be clean. Its slightly noisy but earplugs solve that. All in all, its about what you'd expect for an inexpensive overnight room. My only real complaint is the check in clerk at the desk seems to think she walks on water...perhaps the most unfriendly person working in that position I've ever met. Probably worth an extra $40 a night to not have to deal with her snarkiness...

The Greeley Colorado comfort inn restored my faith in this hotel brand! Up on check in Aaron was very friendly and greeted us enthusiastically. The room was clean and very well maintained along with all the common areas very clean the outside grounds clean and free of litter and well maintained. Breakfast tasted fresh and hot and had plenty choices available. It was welcoming to be greeted by staff as you passed through the lobby or met in the hallways.

Great hotel for a reasonable price

Staff was friendly and checked us in quickly, room in great condition and clean, our bed was comfortable, breakfast buffet was very good, the hotel is pet friendly. We always stay here when we visit Greeley, CO. The only thing that could be improved upon is having a nice setting area outside.

After staying at the Country Inn next door, we came to the Comfort Inn that was head and shoulders above Country Inn. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were both clean. Will definitely stay here again.
