My wife, daughter, and I were in Greeley for a visit to UNC. The hotel was fine and we had a good stay. Check in was quick and the person at the front desk was very friendly. We would stay again.

Would stay here again!

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Best Western in Greeley. The attendant at the front desk was extremely friendly and efficient when we checked in rather late in the day. Our room was clean and in good condition and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was okay.

Didn’t eat the breakfast so I can not comment on that. Putting clean sheets on a dirty mattress cover is gross!!!!! The Staff: When someone wants clarification of something, they should avoid talking to others as if they are small or smarter. As well realize that they work in the hospitality industry. Tone, body language, & communication skills matter when a hotel is SUPPOSED to be diverse! Personal opinions should at least remain in your vehicle when you arrive at your job. Lastly, if someone places someone in your hand, return it in their hand. It’s rude & disrespectful to do otherwise.
