Great Place to Stay.

Lovely couple running the guest house. Probably one of the best breakfasts we have had, well organised, well cooked, well presented and plenty of everything and more if wanted. Room is well presented with good selection of beverages. Bath robes and soft fresh towels provided. Comfortable bed. Couldn’t really ask for more.

We had a lovely 3 night stay, room spacious, comfy and very nice. Cooked breakfasts were delicious, the host were very friendly and helpful, we would definitely return if we go to Great Yarmouth again.

Superb Barnard Hse

An incredibly warm welcome & great customer service during my short stay. The accommodation was of a very high standard and the breakfast menu was first class. I was a solo business customer and felt very welcome and will not hesitate to book in again the next time work brings me to Yarmouth.

A Wonderful English Boutique Hotel Experience

A quintessential English holiday experience. Immaculately clean and well maintained. The hosts were warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. The breakfast is an example to others, on how breakfasts should be done. 10/10 This is a little gem of a hotel experience. Only downside was the 4pm check in, but too many positives to cancel out this small point.

Great place to stay..breakfast was fabulous and plenty of choice. Room was comfy and very clean. Bit of a walk to sea front but was easy to get to. Host was excellent and even called us after we left to say that we had left a bag. Would stay there again

A nice Comfortable B&B.

A nice, clean modern B&B, nicely presented, friendly hosts and a good choice for Breakfast. Also good choice of teas and coffee, biscuits and fudge. Nicely located for race course, beach and local area. Stairs are a little narrow and steep, but okay for most. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice B& B in this area.

Family home feel bed and breakfast

We stayed at Barnard House for three nights and had a very enjoyable stay, the house has a nice family feel to it and Jill and Andrew are very accommodating hosts. The room and bathroom was lovely and clean with tea coffee making facilities with some very welcome fudge and biscuits! Breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from. The house is approx just under a mile walk to the beach and centre of Gt Yarmouth - literally down a straight road . For us it was the ideal place to be while visiting the Broads

Nice quiet location, not too far from the front.

Went to Great Yarmouth to see the Air Show. The owner kindly went to the trouble of getting us a free program from the preview, which he gave to us at breakfast. The room was lovely and large, it was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! The ingredients where excellent quality and cooked to perfection! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.
