Vacations Close To Great Wolf Lodge Water Park

Could have had better music @ the rooftop lounge it was kind of boring. No ice machine for the guest I had to get ice from the bar in the lobby. The bar maid because angry when I ask for less ice her response was ( Oh My God ) and refuse to take back the giant bag of ice that she was giving me. I had to go behind the bar and dump some of it out myself. Lol Except for that incident the hotel was great.

We were supposed to be in NYC but our flight got canceled. The lady at the front desk was so accommodating and understanding of our situation and upgraded our room. She was absolutely amazing and made our anniversary extra special. Thank you again for everything. We will definitely be back.

Everything was amazing, but I only stayed for one night so we haven’t really checked out what the hotel has to offer. My only surprise was an urban fee that I had to pay when checking out. I didn’t know what it was for, I will have to call to see what it is. Otherwise it was a great experience, thanks.

The property was located in downtown and everything was in walking distance. Was able to look out the window and see the river. Very peaceful stay.
