Vacations Close To Great Smoky Mountain Wheel

Would recommend this hotel and stay here again! Very close and convenient. Majority of staffing (all of the team working lobby) were so nice and helpful! Our room and bathroom was clean. Towels and bedding were clean. Water pressure and temp in shower could have been a lot better though. Water stayed warm for about 3 min.

The staff was beyond helpful!! When checking in, my child announced that it was my birthday. The next day there was a bag hanging on our door with a birthday card and a treat on it! Just so thoughtful! Also, my AirPods fell down the elevator shaft. I mentioned it at the front desk and she said she’d talk to maintenance. They went down and got them for me. They were so thoughtful and helpful!
