“Terrible experience, 1st night room was like a shoe box extremely hot in this heat wave with no air con and windows open 2inches with massive extractor fan outside very noisy and smelly, complained but waste time staff didn't want to know, took 2 & half hours of complaining at night to get them to turn extractor off so we could get some sleep, went off nearly 2am!
