The desk in the room was sticky with plenty of marks from previous guests. So was the mirror in the bathroom with written messages that showed up with the shower steam which proves the room had not been cleaned as you would expect. All rest of things were perfect. “This was my second time at Best Western. First experience was very pleasant. But second time, not so much. Avoid room Nº1 at all cost, as it is very noisy, because so close to reception. People constantly passing by and door to reception slamming.”
