Great property. Love the rooms and the breakfast is excellent. We have stayed here a few times and love the hotel. Only downside is the limited parking. Staff are helpful and courteous. We will stay again when we visit our son who is stationed at Malstrom AF base.

A gem of a hotel in downtown Great Falls. Beautiful, modern esthetic, design and clean feel throughout the hotel and in the suite. Very thoughtful staff and processes. The first time I've stayed somewhere that is not all-inclusive but you select your complimentary breakfast and have it delivered to your room at the requested time. It was incredibly convenient for me traveling pregnant with my toddler son. Would highly recommend and stay here again when next in the city!

Staff were so friendly! Gave great recommendations, very chatty and friendly at check in. Hotel is clean, well kept and rooms are very comfortable and very quiet. The breakfast was fantastic! It was fun to be downtown and close to everything but also in such a nice, upscale and inviting space.

We heard this place was recently renovated and when I say WOW I mean WOW! I have never seen a staff more accommodating and friendly. Great short stay at The Gibson! Claire at the front desk gave us so many recommendations on things to do. Were welcomed with a wine and beer and the warm cookies were the icing on top. Other hotels could take notes on how much the staff went above and beyond!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenities are great. You get a pass for a free drink at the bar across the street, complementary cookies and milk, and breakfast served to your room. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

All of the staff that I met were amazing, Eli Claire, Vikki and Michael all went above and beyond the call of duty… The bed and pillows were great, excellent location and amenities were wonderful warm cookies and milk 24 seven coffee and water as well as sparkling sodas… Very cool that the washer and dryer were preloaded with detergent and were free… I would definitely recommend this property to anyone… It was in a quiet area, and the rooms were pretty soundproofed… Anytime I visit Great Falls in the future I will stay there —most definitely!

The hotel was very clean and new looking. The staff was extremely friendly and we even received a complimentary beverage upon checking in (either a glass of wine or a glass of local draft beer). The room was very comfortable and inviting, perfect for a quick little trip. Walking distance to a few restaurants, little boutique stores and breweries. I will definitely stay here again.

The Gibson hotel staff are incredible, the property is cozy and very well decorated, comfortable, and well cared for. Plentiful parking and they have fantastic food, plenty of snacks, and free cookies. Will be booking again in the future.

Beautifully renovated hotel. Great location downtown. A few hiccups checking in with Expedia but remedied quickly. Their beer/wine on arrival was not working (I had read about it) but they offered drink vouchers for next door which was very nice. Very comfortable and large rooms, well equipped. This is a little gem.
