Heaven, the staff member at check in was courteous and helpful with my check in and any questions or concerns. Room was basic, few tv channels but working fridge and cheap towels. Hotel short of pillow cases using zippered pillow covers over some way past prime pillows. Good full breakfast including milk juices and coffee

It was a nice hotel I was just thrown off a little bit because of the location it was right downtown. Some construction closed the roads trying to get there. And the location seemed a little bit sketchy at night. They have an underground parking garage however I was pulling a trailer and would not fit. I was able to find parking on the street but during the week that might not be a option

We appreciated that you park in a garage that was under the hotel, as it was raining when we arrived, so no carrying in our luggage in the rain. The guy at the front desk was helpful and directed us to a good restaurant for dinner. It was also close to the interpretive center we went to in the morning. It was clean and very affordable.

The beds are hard. They also have a metal baseboard that you kick anytime you get in bed. The property had a make over but you can see the short cuts that were made. You can hear people about and below you. You can also hear people in the hallway. The breakfast is just ok, nothing outstanding. It wasn't the worst place ive stayed but could of been better. However, the staff was friendly and helpful.

It used to be that the old hotels were cheaper but always clean. We picked this hotel because it had an outdoor pool and the pictures of everything looked great and it was in a good part of town so I thought it would be clean. It wasn’t. Hair and crumbs and spill marks on the floors and surfaces everywhere and even a used tooth pick. So they hadn’t been swept/dusted let alone washed. Gross. The pool was super cloudy and technically closed for maintenance’. We left even though it was too late to get my money back.
