But when we went to the area, we were told that children are not allowed. He kept asking during this time for me to become a member which i declined as I didn't feel this was a good start that he couldn't find my booking of 2 rooms. Once he had i asked for a baby cot to be in one of the rooms he replied with if one is available! Surely a hotel should have enough cots for the amount of rooms they have?
