“Short stay of 2 nights, good location, parking ok, reception staff were friendly and helpful, free parking for residents, room was okay, needs a refurbishment, broken and cracked tiles in bathroom, shaving mirror broken, toilet very low, shower over bath was good, powerful, tea and coffee facilities adequate, noticed no USB points in room, TV was okay although no You Tube, Bed was very comfortable , enough seating options . “Staff on check in were really lovely, friendly and helpful. Carried our suitcases upstairs which was much appreciated and provided iron and ironing board within minutes. Room 14 is a safety hazard! Tiny step in to the bathroom which is really easy to miss and I actually had a bad fall when staying. There's also a step down in to the bedroom part of the room, so be really careful if you stay in this room. Someone had pre set an alarm on the TV to 5:45am so if you stay here, make sure to check...

“The property is outstanding. Absolutely outstanding. This has got to be one of my all time fav hotels. And the spa was the cherry on top. I stayed in a manor luxe room - beautiful! The staff are busy, so don’t expect anything quick. Shambolic is a good way to explain the staffing! The lady behind the bar needs customer service training. Her huffing and puffing was not appreciated when ordering drinks. Above all, even with the shambolic faulty tower style staff I loved my stay!”
