“The staff were amazing. We were desperate for a hotel with parking facilities, as we’d been let down by the Holiday Inn Express. The lady on the desk, reassured us, and got us checked in straight away. It turned our day around. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good value and catered for us as vegans. We’ve stayed here in the past and after this visit, we’ll never stay anywhere else in Stevenage.”

“A nice hotel, well appointed in the public areas. Staff are friendly and helpful especially Boti the chef. The room was small however there was a separate study/dressing room area. There is a somewhat terrifying lift to the upper floors. A good substantial breakfast was included. It is situated in the town centre very close to the railway station. ”

The location was convenient, with the venue nearby, making it easy to get around. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, which added to the enjoyable experience.”

“Charming historic building but inside there was a modern hotel with clean and comfortable, well-maintained rooms. It also has ample parking. There is a pleasant bar area and restaurant. They served a good buffet breakfast with a range of food to suit all tastes (fruit, yoghurt, cereals, bread/toast, pastries, cold meats and cheeses and also a full cooked breakfast). “From the staff, to the gorgeous rooms, the bar and restaurant areas, it was nigh on perfect. The air con unit occasionally got a bit noisy, but it was still a fabulous stay. We were there for one night, so I do wonder whether a longer stay might have made that part a little more frustrating over time. Otherwise, we loved it!”
