The hotel was close to everything…the trains and the old town. Very walkable. The hotel itself was very beautiful and the staff were all so helpful and very kind. There are a lot of food options nearby and of course shopping in the old town area. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. Thank you for everything! PS if you need a late night bite, eat at Dr. Falaflo, which is nearby. Sooooo good!!

It’s a great hotel in an excellent location for walking around Graz, with plenty to see and tons of restaurants nearby. There is a public transportation hub very close, and a dedicated taxi stand across from the lobby doors. The rooms are very nice, and the hotel has a very upscale and modern feel, which isn’t generally my style, but there’s nothing to complain about as far as aesthetics and appeal of the property’s design. Nice, adequate breakfast provided, but lacking an actual dining area (you kind of have to eat in the lobby)—still nothing that I’d find to complain about. The staff are very warm and friendly. I enjoyed my stay very much. Photos include a view from my room.

Excellent stay

Great experience at Motel One. Staff were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help me time and again. Quiet soundproofed rooms, great location to get around the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed there previously but we weren’t as happy this time. The room was very small and air felt extremely dry. Not even a water kettle or tea in the room. Location is perfect though.

A brilliantly located property with a tram stop directly outside giving great access to the train station. It is modern, well maintained and spotlessly clean with professional staff on the front desk. Rooms are compact. The hotel would benefit from offering tea and coffee making facilities in the room and also a small fridge. Overall a great stay.
