“The hotel is set in a beautiful location with stunning views overlooking Lake Windermere. “We arrived for a four night stay and no one offered to help with luggage or really anything. It’s was 32 Celsius and the front desk did not even have fans. They left the curtains open and no air conditioning so the room was an oven and the carpet was filthy. The window would only open one inch.
