This hotel was great! Staff were super friendly, very clean. They ended up upgrading our room for free. It makes a big difference when you can tell the staff care about the property and it sure seemed like they did! I would definitely recommend anybody looking for a place to stay in Grayling

Stopped here because we had some work in the area for 3 days. Being a former pest control technician I almost always check beds before getting in them. Upon doing my inspection on one of the beds in the room I found multiple dead bed bugs in the crevices of the bed skirt. This indicates that they were treated at one point and they never even took the skirt off to wash it meaning that there were chemicals on that bed that people were laying on as well as dead bed bugs and eggs that were never washed. That just goes to show that they do not change the sheets here and its absolutely disgusting. Will be contacting the state to have them do an inspection on this s*** hole of a property. The staff was nice as it was just to gentlemen working the desk and I believe one of them was newer. Luckily I got a refund. Do not stay in this s*** hole. I was in room 131 I believe.

Clean and neat. Very convenient and close to the highway. My only complaint is that the bathroom is tiny, and the shower was a little janky. The curtain rod was mounted too low and kind of loose, so the shower curtain was partly underfoot in the tub, and the rod stuck way out over the toilet. Other than that, everything was great.
